Returns and Cancellation Policy
The products delivered to the customer can be returned only if there is damage or the item is broken for a store credit of equal value. All returns must be complete within 15 days of delivery. In case of damage, the customer is required to send the product in original packing along with tags as applicable to the below address. A scanned copy of the expense incurred to return the package should be sent to
info@ethnicstop.com within 7 days after the package is returned, failing which we assign a flat rate of INR 100 per kilogram. The store credit will be sent to the customer within 15 days after receiving the courier bills adding the amount.

Cancellation policy
Once an order is made, it will be considered final as the instructions to the craftsman will be sent immediately to make the item. Hence cancellation after finalizing the order may result in wastage of the product. However, if you are required to cancel the order due to unavoidable circumstances, you can send a note to contact@ethnicstop.com within 24 hours of placing the order wherein you can choose some other product of the same or higher value or you will be given a store credit of equivalent amount. Cancellation of an order is not possible beyond 24 hours.
